Shipping policy
SHIPPING:
All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment receipt, provided there aren't any stock shortages or other unexpected delays. Should there be any delays with your order you will be notified via email or phone call.
All orders are delivered within 2 - 3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be notified via email and receive a tracking number to view the status of your parcel.
If you are experiencing any complications or delays with your delivery please contact the shipping carrier using your provided shipping details.
RETURNS:
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your clothing purchase you can send it back to us for an exchange or a return within 14 days of receipt. Please email hello@ilovethelot.com for any returns or exchange queries.
If the size you've chosen isn't a suitable fit, you will be able to exchange by returning the item(s) back to us using a courier of your choice at your cost. Once items have been received in good condition and unused, we will send the replacement item to you at our cost.
Our returns policy only covers items that have a manufacturing defect and does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or exchanges on promotional items.

We use a renowned courier service that ensures your package is cared for during transit and delivered to your doorstep. You will be issued with a tracking number right after your order has been dispatched, so you can see the movement of your order. All orders over R1500.00 qualify for free shipping:) yay!
Deliveries in local areas usually take 1-3 business days while national deliveries take 3-5 business days. International delivery options coming soon!
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your THE LOT COLLECTIVE account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
RETURNS
If your order is missing we will try our very best to track it for you with our courier company and ensure either a replacement is sent if not your original order. If you wish to return, you will be required to email hello@ilovethelot.com with your order details and reason for return. You will have 14 days in which to do this from date of order receipt and will be required to courier the order back to THE LOT COLLECTIVE. Once we receive the order, your refund will be processed and should reflect within 10-14 business days. If the item is damaged or defaulted you will be required to email hello@ilovethelot.com with your order details and photo proof. We will review and provide feedback. If the item is a manufacturing fault, we will happily refund you or replace the item. We will not be held responsible for any wear and tear.
